Single male (neutered) seeks other
swingin’ pooches for meaningful play… Diablo is our
playboy, for sure. He seems to always attract the ladies, both
canine and human. For the most part, Diablo is the leader of our
pack. Visitors, suspicious noises and other disruptions are promptly
responded to by our senior male. Diablo came to us from Philadelphia
Animal Control at an estimated 16 weeks of age. He is the son
of a Pitbull mama and a deadbeat dad. Upon entering PetSmart one
day in search of kitty litter, we were greeted by a puppy-toting
employee. She informed me that this black brindle boy was available
for adoption, to which I promptly responded that his situation
had just changed. After being adopted and returned once already,
the dog now known as Diablo had found a forever home with us.
Our wondermutt has since attended obedience and agility classes,
as well as protection training. He has also passed the Canine
Good Citizen test. Diablo does occasionally travel to shows, in
support of his pack mates. Other times, he can be found curled
up on the couch, napping.
